FEES

Pursuant to Decree No. 2017-1226 of August 2, 2017, our company operates on the basis of a fee agreement.
This written agreement provides for the conditions previously agreed with the client and in particular the hourly rate for each contributor, the time spent on the due diligence devoted to the file and all costs, disbursements and fees.

Invoicing is established monthly, payable upon receipt of the invoice which is accompanied in the appendix with the complete details for each lawyer involved in its diligence, with mention of the date, nature of the work as well as its duration.
